Joyce Rey, Executive Director, Coldwell Banker Previews International ®

For three decades, Joyce Rey has been one of the most recognized and respected names in real estate. Early in her career, she established a reputation for negotiating historic Landmark Estate and luxury residential sales.

Her expertise, negotiating power, integrity, and passion for personal service are legendary. Her clientele includes many famous names in every industry. In addition to her professional accolades, Joyce is widely respected for her local, state, national and international community and civic involvements -- a passion that originated with her early love of public service.

Joyce is a regional board member for UNICEF. She volunteers her time for the American Cancer Society's California Spirit, the Music Center's Blue Ribbon, L.A. Alive, Los Angeles Library Foundation, St. Joseph's Center for the Homeless, and the International Day of the Child. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Venice Family Clinic and supports The Race to Erase MS, as well as the Coldwell Banker Foundation Board.

Based upon her professional achievements and philanthropic endeavors, Joyce was invited to become a member of the International Women's Forum through the Los Angeles Trusteeship.

Born in Hollywood, Joyce graduated with honors from the University of Southern California with a masters degree in business. A longtime Beverly Hills resident, Joyce resides in an architectural award winning home in Beverly Hills.









Jason Oppenheim, Esq.

Jason Oppenheim is a real estate broker, an attorney and a licensed general contractor who provides professional real estate services to clients in Los Angeles and around the world. He received his law degree and undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and first in his class. While at UC Berkeley, Jason held a position as an instructor in the Political Science and Legal Studies Departments.

After law school, Jason joined the Los Angeles office of the international law firm O’Melveny & Myers where he represented a broad range of corporate clients including the former CEO of Enron Corporation in a multi-billion dollar civil class action as well as the widely publicized Enron criminal trial. He later represented Advanced Micro Devices in a world-wide monopolization suit against Intel Corporation. Jason’s trial work, along with others’, has been featured prominently in The American Lawyer, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and other major publications.

Prior to joining the elite real estate team headed by Joyce Rey and Stacy Gottula, Jason managed The Oppenheim Group real estate company which continued five generations of family tradition since his great-great grandfather immigrated to Los Angeles in 1889 and started one of the city’s first real estate companies. As owner of The Oppenheim Group, Jason traveled to more than seventy-five countries on five continents identifying select properties and providing substantial returns to his investors. He has lead several multi-million dollar real estate transactions in Europe, South America, Central America and in his hometown of Los Angeles. Jason has been involved in real estate most of his life and also has many years' experience in real estate construction, remodeling, leasing, project development, property management and land transactions.









Stephen Apelian

As a licensed General Contractor, Stephen Apelian has built over one hundred high-end homes throughout Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, and the San Fernando Valley. Many have been prominently featured in movies, television shows, and photo shoots and can be seen on his website PropertyDevelopmentConsultants.com.

After studying Business and English at the California State University at Northridge, Stephen began a career in set decorating. Over nearly a decade, Stephen has decorated and dressed hundreds of television shows, feature films, and commercials, all the while continuing to develop and design residential properties.

Stephen has been involved in real estate development for most of his life. A Los Angeles native, at the young age of 5, Stephen found himself under the guidance of his father, a developer in the San Fernando Valley. He grew up on construction sites, eventually undertaking each trade involved in building a house.

Stephen has spent most of his life in careers revolving around architecture, design, and decorating. He is committed to taking this knowledge and utilizing it to the advantage of his clients.
